At Promise Aromas, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Returns

Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email:

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we may offer:

• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A refund, when applicable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
