Refund & Return Policy

Unopened returns within 30 days

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Changed your mind?

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect item?

Contact us promptly at returns@promisearomas.com with your order details and photos. We will review the issue and cover applicable replacement or return costs when the issue is confirmed.

Launch offers

The same policy applies to DUO and TRIO launch offers. Return the complete set for a full set refund. Opened items cannot be returned simply because the scent was not your preference.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
