Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: services and rates available at checkout
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a promotional free shipping offer applies.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $85 or more. TRIO orders meet the threshold; express shipping is paid separately.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Promise Aromas™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
